Anxiety is much more likely to cause people to focus on the wrong things or to avoid. So it might be that the person puts off practising, or that they just get hung up on one aspect of something. And they get so hung up on a little aspect that they miss the bigger picture. They need to kind of mentally prepare for for being able to absorb those o sort of that and know ther you can't predict everything that will go wrong.
