How to Build Strength With a Kegel
The other important thing to note is a Kegel many women do them wrong. And that's very common. Women are engaging other muscles in their butt. So when I get women, I watch to see how they can do it. Many of them are compensating with other muscles. If you're really strong in your glutes or in your abdominals, and every time you try to do a pelvic floor contraction, you overdo it with those muscles,. then the ones that we want to train are never going to get trained properly. They're always going to be overtaken by your butt or your legs.
