Are There Ways of Moving That Help Me Think Better?
Anything that really worked for me always had something to do with movement. So i started lookingat whether there was any research, and it turned out there was low f research from all loads of different scientific disciplines. I wanted to knowttwhatare we're doing to ourselves sitting around all the time and not moving our bodies? And yet, it's quite shocking er what came out, that we there've been links made to everything from dropping ecues on a population level to outsimers to anxiety and depression. Em yes, it's not good for us to not move. We evolved as creatures that when brain plasticity and movement are intimately linked, its ta use it or lose its system
