Is There a Difference Between Protein Intake and Body Composition?

Protein intake should be 1.2 to 1.6 grams per kilogram of body weight, according to experts. Men and women can have a higher or lower protein intake depending on their lean mass - but we don't know that for sure. In the young studies or in the elderly studies, they seem to translate pretty well.
