How to Improve Your Speed Endurance

I use the 1080 as an isokinetic machine. So I turned it into a synchro. It only took me 11 years to do that, but I figured it out. Sometimes you get hamstring problems because we do velocity work all the time. Sometimes you need to go back and do force work. We did some really unique hamstring stuff for two solid weeks. We didn't run for two weeks. And then we hit spring break and then we switched. Now we're really focusing on that nice constant endurance of that muscle through the range of motion.
