A typical training week for Zayn Malik included 90 minutes in the morning, 60 minutes in the afternoon with a 60 minute nap. Saturday was 35K temporary run and Sunday, an Ethiopian long run, 40Ks followed by the all important breakfast and Ethiopian coffee. It is really sociable.
