How to Get to Sleep

We'll come back in the final part to talk about some tips about getting to sleep. Make sure you have good sleep hygiene, make sure you haven't got screens before or during bedtime. Get the timing of your medication right if it's a medication as an impact on your sleep. And then finally, obviously listen to Alex's voice. It's very sob horrific, and will almost certainly send you off in nightmare ridden sleep but we'll send you off into sleep.
