Arthur Lydier had a, the second block of his training and there's a team. What was it? This was what all affectionately called the go spring up hills foundation. He found a way to get the benefit or that need by springing up and down the hills then also adding pure sprinting into that as well. And if you're getting some sort of adaptation eccentrically that you may not, you know, get in other areas, of course you are.
