We reach a point your muscles like I'm out like this is not working we are shutting down right now. You want to produce just enough lactate to get your body to try and to buffer it out faster but not too much. The most important workout of the entire week when we'll get to in a minute or two is that VO2 max session. If you go into those VO2 max workout sessions not prepared ready to crush it, you're gonna wind up not getting quality out of training.
