The Paradox of Loading the Quads

loading the quads is often the thing that hurts the knee yeah so it's such a it's like a paradox that you have to figure out and I put up a video on this recently actually. Getting the quad to relax first and getting that knee bending and straightening in a very gentle easy way that doesn't flare them up hopefully that gets the quad to experience a gently centric a gentle concentric, then I find that loading it after that can be very very usefulYeah we're just finding a way to get them to do what they need to do but also at the same time inhibition doesn't necessarily mean that it can't turn on it or let go.
