The Eight Hour Mindfulness Meditation Practice
i'll play am chess with body while a heather plays battleship with harley. We read books together at the same time. And we also, heather and i are trying to instil another, a eight to 12 minute mindful breath meditation practice in the evening as well. The idea is three eight hour chunks. If you can kind of think lik cal newport stuff, like create that deep work environment for a the eight hours of deep work,. It's purposeful, and its passion and, um, it's not full of distractions, am, and it fulfils.
