How to Be a Better Person
Right mindfulness is being aware and conscious of what's happening in the here and now. Right concentration is your ability to focus on a specific thing. Wise effort has to do with, are you dialing your efforts in a way that's not too loose and not too tight? And then there's also wise action. So I haven't even gotten to write effort yet or wise effort, but I'll get there.
