How Long Should You Nap?

Most athletes that I work with are in some way sleep deprived, so napping generally speaking will benefit these individuals. One thing that we have to be really careful about though is any naps during the day will more than likely Decrease the quality of your sleep at night. If you're trying to teach someone a new skill having them nap straight after that is a great way to help reinforce What you've learned? So that's not just a something for people who are sleep deprived. That's just helping people learn new things.
