How to Get Good Hypertrophy

The goal is never hypertrophy for a long time unless you're a young kid. At some point and pretty early on those gains are going to stop. You've been training for three four years in the weight room. You can probably no longer do a hypertrophy rep range and still gain power from that. It still gains significant strength from that. Eventually you're going to have to move into more power stuff.
