The Importance of Movement in Aging

As we age, the walls are closing in around you, right? So every time you choose comfort, you choose to avoid the thing that's difficult. Every time you choose to move into the discomfort, you push the walls out a little bit. This is called aging. And if we can constantly be intentional about curate things for myself that are hard, I'm gonna keep those walls away. Like my goal is to be 100 years old or 90 years old and be resilient, be, you know, there's four different types of resiliency."
