How to Be in Ketosis

There is a difference in low carb and ketogenic. In order to be ketogenic, you probably need initially less than 50 grams of carbohydrate per day. If you truly want to benefit either in a therapeutic way, so our research is actual therapeutic benefits for sick people based on the ketone levels in their body, you need to produce ketones. So if you're doing all that, getting rid of the sugar, the high glycemic carbs and the processed food, you're probably going to be low carb anyway.
