The Importance of Minimalism in CrossFit
I would be genuinely curious to see what percentage of people are like, oh my goodness. I mean, you kidding me? Just that, we did nothing before,. And then what percentage is like, oh yeah, you hit it hard. I'm ready to go home. It'd be a fascinating thought experiment. If you're willing to get after it and be honest about those efforts, it's pretty minimal. That same minimal dose that was proven to be so dramatic over 20 years ago is just as dramatic today.
