Sally Kohn: I think that there is, it's very easy to assume that our needs individually are universal and they're not. A grocery store in Sweden recently launched a new lane that was a non self checkout lane for the community of elderly people who don't have anybody to talk to in their days. She says some people need efficiency and productivity and some people really need human connection. "I love that as a concrete example of individuals at checkout choosing what's right for them"
