The Legacy Blast Energy

When we get into what Robert Falkner, Richard Swartz and others within the IFS world called legacy burdens, they're talking about a burden that was handed down through your family line or through your culture. And so there could be a way in which an angry part experiences a bond with dad when they shared anger together. There's lots of different ways that this could be unpacked. But yes, I do believe that there are such things as these legacy burdens and that they do have an impact on us.
