Terry: I try to embody what i tell my students and have realistic expectations for yourself. Studies tell us that around eight to 12 minutes a day of meditation is enough to get the nerological and physical benefits of meditation. So i always, and you know, said it perfectly terry, i like to take the pressure off. But justry to do about ten minutes each day in the morning before the world wakes up. That is just, that's what it looks like for me, and i'm totally ok with that.
