And then now in your own, in your own endeavor here you're not trying to integrate so anyway, square that circle for me why you don't need to integrate these companies? John Defterios: Sure there's a couple of things firstly I think. But the value proposition of those companies was almost identical and therefore actually integrating probably made sense in that in their context.
