In terms of influencer marketing, I should have done this the other way around. But when I started work hand influential, I was basically like, OK, cool, I'm an influencer marketing. That sent me down into this rabbit hole of truly understanding how do you drive influence for consumers specifically. So that's how I boil it down in terms of what the consumer space really looks like. In many ways, that's just how we create social norms. It creates safety for us, but then it also creates efficiency.
