Is There a Difference Between Intensity and Frequency?

intensity is not the answer at all. It's not to anything. Mechanics, consistency, then and only then, intensity. What yu should be oing instad is getting to the gim five or six days a week. Once you're there we'll talk about how hard you work out when you're at the jib. Next question. Does frequency make up for less intensity? Say i go from working out three times a week with moderate intensity to five times a weekwith low intensity. Can the increase in number of work out sessions per week offset the decrease in intensity? Yes.
