I like to put my, flip my phone over or put it away in my purse when I'm out to dinner. And sometimes with a few of my friends who are particularly bad about checking their phone during a shared moment, I'll say, you know, if you check your phone during the dinner, you have to pay for it. Like, whatever like behavior change works, I try to like, when I come home, I'll leave it in another room. So how do we actually take charge of when, how, and where we use them is? That's one way that we can actually have a better day, but also maybe help someone else has a better day as well.
