The Importance of Keeping the Kids Busy
Kim Magharga says his parents made sure that the kids did all the chores in the house. They were keen that kids should be able to do it, as they didn't have servants. The only day you could do it was on a Saturday because we're going to school other days and Sunday it's not open. So if you had to go and get milk, you have to go get milk. Appa is not going to do it. And Amma had enough chores.
He gave up a staggeringly successful career to live a quiet life -- and now he shares his wisdom with us.
