I would have thought i would have left dicine along before i did any of this kind of stuff. There's a whole army of people that never get really seen in the cook book making process. And that costs a lot of money as well. So it's, it's no wonder people don't do more self published, professional cook books anyway,. and loads of e books and that kind of thing. Samfrin now moved to new york, and he's loving life.

Hey friends, my guest this week is Rupy Aujla - an NHS medical doctor, entrepreneur and podcaster who’s life changed when he suffered a serious heart condition at the age of 23 while working busy shifts as a hospital doctor. But with the power of nutrition and lifestyle changes Rupy was actually able to reverse his condition. He then started his blog, The Doctor’s Kitchen, which soon evolved into a podcast, best selling books, regular television appears and most recently an app. In the conversation me and Rupy chat about a lot of things: his early days working as a doctor and burnout, how to optimise your lifestyle for longevity and his transition from a doctor to a creator and entrepreneur.
