How to Build a Winning Sales Culture
Culture is the activities and beliefs of a group of humans. The first thing to put in your team's culture as a manager is values. I create those values by having an offsite with the team, talking about what we've learned over the last month or so. So even though as a team, if we decide the values are A, B, C, then the team's values are actually going to be X, Y, and Z. You came back a year later you'd say it seems like these kind of things also happen on other teams.
