How to Write Morning Pages
Sai: If we write by hand, which many of us resent because it's slower, it gives us a more authentic life. You don't show your pages to any one, and that includes your significant others who may beg you for a glimpsea what are you doing? Sai: What i found was that when people wrote on little pages, they tended to miniaturize their thoughts. And this is a portable skill. When you turn to your more serious writing later in the day, you'll find yourself tuning out the voice of the critic. It's as if you'v miniaturized it.
