We're Taking Leads From Prospectors, Right?
We used to give leads to everybody across the board equally, and then say, call em, call em by or die. But it just doesn't work that way for everybody now. And we've also really started to transition into a a kind of an appointment team instead of a lead team. So what we're realizing is that the agents, even the best prospectors, they can't nurture the lung term clyide. We don't want to be hinding leads. We want to be handing appointments.
