The Effects of Caffeine on Sleep
There are different caffeine sensitivities that people have, and this has a lot to do with something called your P450 pathway. MRI data looking at people's brains shows that if you've been using caffeine on a daily basis for more than about two to three years, your brain actually requires it to function. Some people don't get addicted to caffeine, but I think they just get so their body gets so adapted to it that it requires more and more caffeine to get any type of effect.
