The Role of Pattern Matching in Vascular Neurology
I would probably avoid anticoagulation in those cases due to the risk of subarachnoid hemorrhage. Most often that's going to be an intra-parenchymal hemorrhage that ruptures into the CSF. But a lot of what we do with intracranial hemorrhages is pattern matching. It's identifying patterns and tendencies and playing the odds.
