Are You Really Identifying Hunger Correctly?
I haven't been hungry in like three years after doing a 24 hour fast. I wonder how if you don't do that do you really interpret the feelings of the the internal senses correctly? If there's changes in the to the receptors in the in the mouth and the tongue how can we trust ourselves with hunger? There's so many emotional components to this, it's not just about eating food but also feeling guilty for having done something wrong. We are living within a corporate food industrialized food system right now which is working against us.
