My advice to someone who is in a relationship that hasn't progressed to the next level of real commitment is often very different. I would never just say, oh, just leave it because you think it's unhealthy or because your feelings are hurt. Instead, what I would suggest if this is speaking to you is go to couples counseling,. But you got to go to a good one. And there are a few things to consider before you enter couples coaching or counseling of any sort. You need to decide, are you fighting to be the winner in this relationship? Or are you going to fight for the relationship?
