The Importance of 24 Hour Circadian Rhythms
We have 24 hours in a day and that's why I really found this interesting reading into it. When we look under the hood so to speak under the bonnet and we think about all that stuff that's going on this is where this gets super interesting. We do have this inherent rhythm in our body where things are changing at different rates relative to that sort of clock 24 hours. And how we can really disrupt that by not having optimal sleep times or not having optimal meal times could be very bad for your metabolic health.
