How Did You Become a Chef?

I think my confidence in wanting to open a restaurant in America was through the youth working with me and all these young chefs with me, giving me the confidence that we can push any walls here. We can make it together. And I am always driven by my team, by the people working with me around me will give me the chance to pushed. It's not always a dream. When you create a new business, it's a long period sometime before you get there. There is, you know, high and low all along the way because,. you know, you dream big and you kind of like have to come down and fit the whole thing into the box.
