Kim Kardashian: APA put out a guideline for the psychological treatment of men and boys. She says it took 13 years from 2005 to 2018, but that's because there weren't any guidelines in place. "Boys who are socialized to conform to masculine neurons ... grow up to be mildly electithymic," she says.
