How to Get to a Senior Level
I think a big challenge for young players and I know you're not working on a academy right now but it's putting on weight and getting to a senior level of like body gumber standard or so. My first bit of advice would be go to someone who's competent in getting you there because yeah there's so much out there It's going to be a six, seven, eight year project. Getting the right nutrition is how the body builds muscle as well as getting stimulus or uplifting. And again that's where we have a counter steward here, nutrition as well as able to help the lads here with that as well.
