Serum Ionized Magnesium

A good range would be 50 to 100 milligrams of magnesium per pound of meat. Most magnesium is in the cell and the active form is the ionized. You're ideally hoping to get about 150 milligrams as a bare minimum, which is why I typically always get at least 100 milligraphic supplement.
