The next time you're trying to understand something about emotions, what i want you all to do is adopt a meditative posture and notice where in the body you feel the emotion. So there are two ways to do this practice. One is, when you're feeling emotional, if you can actually take a break and do a quick meditative practice. What i do is sit up straight, ok?
