Is There a Difference Between Gels and Water Stations?

Every race you go to, if you don't pack your own nutrition. People have like PTSD, like I'm not drinking anything. Some people do and it kind of screws up their whole routine for the race. It's also partly because every race starts at a different time. Most marathons are in the morning. If you've never trained in the morning and have your body even have that stimulus of one running at typically like a fasted state, you're not gonna know what your body needs to shit. These are runs money to the end of the day.
