The Importance of Relationships in Accounting
A subscription business model, the way I envision it for accountants is less customers at a higher price. So you always have capacity but you're taking care of them from room to tomb. If you defend IRS audits then if they get audited they're covered. They're covered period. That's part of the uncommon offering. Even if they don't use it they're going to see value there. And we shouldn't do that because there's no correlation between the two.
