Building a Core Product Marketing Team
Rowan: The way we're starting to structure it or the way I usually go about structuring it is you've got your classic code, what you consider core product marketing that is responsible for messaging and positioning. And then launch an activation, I feel has its own special place. We have a function just dedicated to making sure that we activate our stories broadly, both internally and externally. So that's what the core team looks like today.
