i've been training pretty consistently for, i don't think, i think imiso one work out, two workouts in the past three years. The last deadlift have ed lifted with 600. Im squatting, five o five for singles. I just pured my at two 70, and i'm the highest iver bench was two asa, three 60. And all the while i'm doing bicipline just as well. So it can be done. It can be very carefully done.
