Strategic Procrastination and Intensity Versus Stress
The idea is strategic procrastination where you put off a thing as long as possible so that you have to do it the last night and then you get this huge surge of adrenaline. So by procrastinating, I think people learn how to set themselves up to have more adrenaline when the time comes to do it. And then when they actually get to doing it, there's so much motivation they're bringing to it in that adrenaline that it's easy for them to stay on task with their work.
