The Effects of Exercise on Your Clockwork
Some biological processes are strongly affected by temperature each day. Photosynthesis increases with increasing temperatures but only up to a point and then rapidly falls as temperatures rise beyond what's ideal. So it's important that your body's clockwork is temperature compensated. If you exercise in the late evening between about 7 p.m. and 10p.m. for most people you'll tend to delay your clock slowing down shifting your sleep later. Those aren't the only factors that influence the timing of your master clock.
