Advantages of Overeating and Disadvantages of Dieting and Exercise
Overeating is a quick treatment for my problems. It's easy, effective treatment. But the disadvantage then of diet and exercise, it's hard. I'll have to cope with constant craving and temptation. And even if I succeed, I'll probably just gain it back on later on. So why would you want to lose weight? It doesn't make sense to me. As a therapist, I've become the voice of the patient subconscious resistance. My goal is not to help the patient, but to present the resistance in a kindly way.
