Can I Use Pumpkinseed Oil in Salads?

This is cherin calling from germany. i want to know about using special oils like avacado oil, walnut oil, almond oil, in my cooking. I was wondering if you have any suggestions for what other uses i might put those oils to,. for baking, even cooking, and maybe some other interesting oils. Ah, that would be good to try.
