Somatic awareness is a sensation that it's a little jolt like, oh, and just brings you into your body in terms of, oh, this is a thing that I'm feeling now as opposed to. projecting all these worst case scenarios or whatever that could be unfolding from your mind. So one of the things that we don't pay enough attention to are dropping below our neck and asking ourselves, how am I feeling in my body? What is my body doing? What can I do with my body to sometimes rev ourselves up?"
