So we don't have to solve our beliefs The point is to challenge our tendency to be identified with him. Almost by definition openness is without bias and so when we're ready we apply that to positive experience as well as negative but almost anybody of course is going to start with the effort to get out of suffering out of negative experience, you know. It doesn't occur to us that maybe it's just open non-biased uh, sort of immediate engagement, you know That's that comes down the road probably.
