The Power of Value Based Pricing

The value metric is where we tend to differ on the simplicity aspect of it. So in case of the help is industry, there were a few examples who started charging based on the number of tickets. These are all ways that you know that person is individually extracting the value and then you can charge a cut for that. I feel I obviously feel there's some cardinal rules on this one. And I'm sure you agree with me on that is it should be transparent and it should be predictable.
